We want you to feel confident and elegant in your Simone Pérèle lingerie; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the protective hygiene strip remains intact for eligible returns.

Return Process

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are still in place to maintain quality standards.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
